1. Free and Pro
The current policy describes a free, ad-supported tier and paid subscriptions that may remove ads and unlock premium features. The definitive feature matrix, usage limits, trial eligibility, and entitlement behavior require confirmation.
2. Plans and renewal
Apple currently lists monthly and yearly Kairos Pro purchases. Plans may renew automatically for the period shown at checkout unless cancelled before renewal under the store’s terms. Prices vary by location and may change, so the current checkout price controls.
3. Billing
Purchases are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used at checkout. Kairos does not need your full payment-card details for app-store billing.
4. Manage or cancel
Use the subscriptions settings in your Apple or Google account. Uninstalling the app or deleting your Kairos account does not necessarily cancel the subscription.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are generally handled by the store that processed the purchase, subject to its rules and applicable consumer law.
