Delete your account in the app
- Open Kairos and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Type delete and confirm.
Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, email marketshoponlineltd@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Kairos account.
Use the subject line:
Kairos account deletion request
Include the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify that you own the account before completing the request.
Data that will be deleted
Deleting your account removes or de-identifies the personal data associated with it, including:
- Account and profile information
- Synced journal entries and reflections
- AI session messages and history
- Check-ins, preferences, and saved settings
- Uploaded photos, voice notes, and other account content
- Notification and device identifiers associated with the account
Data stored only on your device may remain until you clear the app’s data or uninstall the app.
We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes. Any retained information will be kept only for as long as necessary.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Kairos account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel any active subscription through your Apple or Google account before deleting your Kairos account to prevent future renewal charges.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
